Ricardo Barrera was a presenter at the Juvenile Justice Association of Texas Fall Conference 2014. The JJAT Fall Conference is hosted by the Cameron County Juvenile Justice Department. That year’s theme was Bridging the Gap to Juvenile Services.
Ricardo gave a training session on unaccompanied and undocumented minors and legal consequences and recidivism rates among children put through the mental health system and the pitfalls involved.
He received a letter of thanks from the conference.
